General Questions
Why are pop-ups referred to as a 3x3 or a 3x4 pop-up stand?
Pop-up stands are specified by the number of quads used in their construction. For example a 3x4 pop-up stand consists of 3 quads high x 4 quads wide and will consist of 4 front panels and two end panels ie 6 in total. A 3x1 pop-up will therefore consist of 3 quads high x 1 quad wide and will have a total of 3 panels, one front and two end panels. If you are still unsure please call.

Once you have been familiarised with the stand, it is possible to erect it in under 10 minutes.

Our normal turnaround time for most jobs is 3-5 days upon receipt of your artwork.

Yes, but this will depend on whether we have the necessary materials in stock. Will may also charge an additional 25% rush charge for this service.

No. All our printing is undertaken in-house where we are able to keep a tight control on quality.

We already know that our prices are highly competitive, we have been in the display graphics industry for many years, and our careful buying power enables us to offer some of the lowest prices around today. If you find the exact same product, produced with the same high quality of graphics elsewhere for less, just prove it and we will endeavour to beat it!

A Yes, we would be delighted to. Our in-house graphic designers and artworkers are always ready to help you.
Hide MeCan you match our corporate colours?
It is not always possible to match Pantone colours using CMYK inkjet printers. Although our printers and materials are carefully calibrated, unless an accurate colour proof is supplied we can only print what is supplied. If we are given colour references we will try to match them as best we can. If your job is colour critical please request a proof first.
Hide MeWill I get a proof?
We do not supply proofs unless requested to do so. Depending upon the size of your job a small charge may be made. Each printer will reproduce colours differently. The only sure way to get a true indication of how your colours will look is to request a machine proof. We cannot be held responsible if you do not have a proof.

Yes, all stands have a minimum 12 months manufacturers warranty. Many stands carry a 10 year warranty whilst some even have a lifetime guarantee.
