We have available a wide range of exhibition stands and accessories available for hire on a 5 day basis (please see our Terms & Conditions of Hire below). If you would like assistance with the planning of your event or require help to design and artwork your graphics we would be only too pleased to help you achieve that professional display for your products and services.

Terms and Conditions of Hire
• A fully refundable deposit for items to be hired is to be paid at the time of collection or despatch.
• It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the safety and security of all hired equipment.
• Damaged or missing parts of any hired equipment will be charged for, the cost of which will be deducted from the deposit paid.
• Upon the satisfactory safe return of all hired equipment the deposit paid will be refunded in full.
• Collection and and return of hired equipment may be made between 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
• Hire periods start from 5 days and include delivery or collection and return days and weekends.
• A charge will be made for delivery of all hired items, this is currently £20 + vat.
• The cost to safely return hired items is the responsibility of the hirer.
• An additional charge will be made for each and every days hire after the initial 5 day hire period.
