Hire Service
We have available a wide range of exhibition stands and accessories available for hire on a 5 day basis (please see our Terms & Conditions of Hire below). If you would like assistance with the planning of your event or require help to design and artwork your graphics we would be only too pleased to help you achieve that professional display for your products and services.

Collection and return of hire equipment may be made between 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Collection and return of hire equipment may be made between 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Hire periods start from 5 days and include delivery or collection and return days and weekends. A charge will be made for delivery and collection and will be based on the weight and delivery time required. An additional charge will be made for each and every day after the initial 5 day hire period. For current delivery prices please see our delivery page.
Hire equipment must be returned to us in the same condition that they were delivered or collected. Damaged or missing parts will be charged for at cost to us.
