All our chalkboards have HPL panels (high press laminate), these are a high quality, hard-wearing, impact resistant phenolic resin based laminate with a specially formulated melamine impregnated surface layer that provides the best chalkboard product you will find. They are UV stable, weather resistant, but have the perfect anti-glare writing surface for either traditional chalk or liquid chalk pens.
The HPL panel material never requires repainting and comes with a manufacturers 5 year guarantee against wear, staining or significant change in colour. Replacements are available if required.
