Stylize Display Graphics would like all of their customers to be totally satisfied with their purchases all of the time. Your purchase should be free of any manufacturing defects, but if any defects exist or your goods have been damaged in transit you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving them.
Please note that if you fail to notify us within 7 working days of delivery, Stylize Display Graphics will not accept responsibility for the goods being defective or damaged. Please note that we are unable to refund carriage costs.Non-Refundable or Non-Faulty Goods
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of non-faulty bespoke goods. This is because the products will have been manufactured specifically for your requirements and we would be unable to resell them. Please note that we also cannot accept returns of printed items that may have colour matching issues unless a colour matching proof had been ordered and approved prior to production.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Stylize Display Graphics will undertake to replace faulty or damaged goods, provided:
a) that you have notified and returned the goods to us within 7 working days of the date that they were delivered to you.
b) that you return the goods either in person or via a fully insured courier so that you have proof of delivery to us.
